RIDE WITH STRENGTH

Thanks for dropping by! I'm Rach, an Accredited Exercise physiologist, Exercise Scientist and Mountain Bike Coach passionate about using movement and exercise to enhance performance, function and wellbeing. I am also an elite mountain bike rider in Gravity enduro, Downhill and Cross country! With this in mind, I have a good understanding of the demands of mountain biking and cycling in order to program for increased strength and performance in the sport, whether that is to rehab an injury to get back on the bike, improve your enjoyment while riding with mates or take your riding to the next level.

Ride with Strength is here to help mountain bikers and cyclists rehabilitate from injury or improve strength and performance. Through individually tailored exercise programs I can help get you back to riding, or improve your strength to make you stronger on the bike. 

 

Whether you are new to the sport and need to develop the basic strength or an avid rider who want's that extra advantage to improve your riding and performance on the bike, I can help you with tailored and periodised strength training and rehabilitation programs. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Exercise Physiologist, EP)

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (Exercise scientist, ES)

  • Complete Concussion Management Training Course 

  • ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach 

  • PMBI Level 1 Mountain Bike Instructor
