RIDE WITH STRENGTH
Thanks for dropping by! I'm Rach, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, and Mountain Bike Coach passionate about using movement, physical activity and exercise to enhance performance, function and wellbeing. I am also an elite level mountain bike rider in Gravity Enduro, Downhill and Cross country! With this in mind, I have a good understanding of the human body and demands of mountain biking and cycling in order to program for increased strength, function and performance in the sport, or in life. Whether your need to rehab an injury, manage a health condition, increase your strength and fitness or improve your enjoyment while riding with mates or take your riding to the next level I am here to support you.

Ride with Strength is here to help anyone who may require support through Exercise Physiology, with a keen interest in mountain bikers and cyclists to rehabilitate or manage a health condition or injury, or improve strength, fitness and performance. Through individually tailored exercise programs I can help support you to improve your riding, get you back to riding, or tackle whatever activities you enjoy to be able to rise, or ride with strength each and every day!
As a Level 2 PMBIA Mountain Bike Instructor, Rachel also provides 1:1 and Group Mountain Bike Skills coaching through Ride with Strength. Whether you are new to the sport and need to learn the basics, or an avid seasoned rider who needs to develop or progress your riding skills a personalised or structured coaching session can help build your confidence on the bike so you can enjoy riding with your family and friends, or racing with your mates.
